REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance Staff are responsible to the Principal through theHead of Business Operations and Administration through the Directorof Facilities, and under the day-to-day direction of theMaintenance Manager or his delegate.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintenance Staff are responsible for maintaining ahigh-quality level of internal and external general maintenance forall College buildings and infrastructure, including grounds.
- Maintenance staff are responsible for assisting the varioustrades as required.
- Maintenance staff are required to abide by the College's StaffCode of Conduct and to support the Christian ethos of theCollege.

Successful candidates will have:





- Demonstrated experience in general maintenance with diversepractical skills
- Proficiency in operating hand and power tools, complemented byfoundational knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, and electricalsystems
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and a commitment tomaintaining a safe working environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering acollaborative team approach
- Physical capacity to perform manual tasks, coupled with theability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently
