Experienced Solar and Battery Electrician | $135K Package + Up to $40K Bonuses + Work Van

Solar Saving is looking for an experienced solar electrician who takes pride in their work, shows initiative and wants to build a long term career with a growing company.

We want a genuine go getter who can take ownership of complete installations, lead apprentices and consistently deliver high quality solar and battery systems. What Is on Offer

- $135,000 salary package, including $15,000 super
- Up to $40,000 per year through monthly performance bonuses
- Earn up to $175,000 per year, including super and bonuses
- Choose between working 4 longer days or 5 standard days
- You receive the same salary and are allocated the same jobs for the week, regardless of which schedule you choose

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who works hard, takes pride in their installations and wants to be recognised for the value they bring.

You may already be taking the lead on jobs, helping less experienced workers and solving problems at your current company without receiving the title, support or reward that should come with it.

What You Will Do

- Install residential and commercial solar systems




- Install home and commercial battery storage systems
- Install EV chargers
- Lead and support apprentices on site
- Plan the day and allocate tasks effectively
- Take ownership of complete installations from arrival through to handover
- Commission, test and hand over completed systems
- Troubleshoot, maintain and service existing solar and battery systems
- Ensure every installation meets Solar Saving’s quality standards

Requirements

- Current Queensland electrical licence
- Current driver’s licence
- Previous solar installation experience
- Strong problem solving skills and initiative
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working on rooftops
- Battery installation experience is preferred
- Solar and battery accreditation is preferred, although support may be available for the right candidate
