Randstad HR Partners is seeking a Training & Learning & Development Assistant to support the broader business by mapping and coordinating training and assessment materials. You will be part of the L&D; team, providing end-to-end LMS support and ensuring compliant records.
You will contribute to training needs analysis, develop reports and matrices, and act as a key contact for training-related questions while performing general administrative duties.
