CTI Logistics is seeking a Systems Administrator, based in Gregory Hills, NSW.

Job Overview

Based at our Gregory Hills office, the Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of CTI’s information technology systems. As part of the ServiceDesk team, the role provides onsite and remote technical support, acts as an escalation point for ServiceDesk technicians, and supports the installation, repair and maintenance of PC hardware, software, mobile devices and peripherals.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Build and maintain professional relationships with team members and users.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support, including diagnosing and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, peripherals, phones and mobile devices.
- Act as an escalation point for desktop, laptop, peripheral, phone, mobile device, network and application issues, including root cause analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, testing and documentation.
- Provide technical,



procedural compliance and security training and support to IT team members and users to promote correct use of software applications and adherence to CTI processes and procedures. Liaise with management on identified non‑compliance issues and required corrective actions.
- Complete ServiceDesk and IT administrative tasks, including vendor liaison, product evaluation and support, procurement, and IT asset management.
- Monitor and analyse IT infrastructure, including power, network and server environments; recommend improvements or corrective actions and elevate issues as required.
- Audit applications and systems, review user access and permissions, and take remedial action to ensure compliance with CTI user access policies and procedures.
- Assess current systems, functionality and configurations to ensure alignment with IT standards, and recommend current functionality or configuration changes to management.
- Manage the mobile device management platform, including groups, profiles, applications, security settings and supporting documentation.
- Create, review and maintain IT documentation, and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement activities.

Key Criteria

- Hands‑on experience administering, configuring and troubleshooting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience configuring and supporting label printers.
- Experience configuring and supporting Mitel phone systems.
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting.
- Experience administering, configuring and deploying mobile devices using an MDM platform.
- Strong administrative skills and experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
