NSW Health seeks a Chronic & Complex Community Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive community-based care across sites and into private residences. The role involves wound management, continence and catheter care, and supportive/palliative care, including end-of-life support.
It is a temporary part time position (up to 12 months) requiring afternoon, weekend and public holiday shifts, with travel across sites and in clients' homes.
