Leidos Australia is seeking a Capacity and Availability Manager to deliver ITIL 4 aligned services within a SIAM framework. You will lead Capacity and Availability practices, oversee governance forums, and ensure alignment with customer policies and continual improvement.

You will develop playbooks, dashboards, and capacity/availability plans, while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to enhance tooling and data quality across service delivery.
