The role
- Full Time, Fixed Term (12 months)
- Level 8 - $113,948 to $128,980 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
As Manager, Business Development, you will lead the pursuit of strategically aligned growth opportunities, with a strong focus on grant and tender activity and high‑quality proposal development. You will drive revenue and enrolment growth through key education and industry relationships, developing evidence‑based business cases, and coordinating stakeholder engagement to advance the University’s strategic objectives.
About you
- A proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Expertise in driving successful contract negotiations and managing agreements effectively.
- Strong skills in developing compelling business cases including demonstrated experience delivering competitive grants and tender submissions.
- A track record of creating partnerships that deliver measurable results.
- Commercial acumen to align outcomes with strategic goals.
