About the Role
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will provide onsite hydraulic hose replacement and maintenance services to a wide range of customers across the Gunnedah region.
You will be responsible for delivering professional, high-quality service while building strong customer relationships and solving problems in the field.
This hands-on role offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to develop valuable technical skills within a supportive team workplace.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
To Be Successful in This Role,
You Will Ideally Have:
- Ability to operate machinery, tools, and measuring equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good numeracy, verbal, and written skills
- Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of WHS and safe work practices
- Current Driver’s Licence ( LR required at later date )
- Flexibility with working hours, including participation in an after-hours roster (generally 1 week in every 3)
- Trade, mechanical, fitting, or hydraulic experience is advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to live and work within the Gunnedah region
