Due to continued business growth, we are currently seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations at Minto and Wetherill Park.

This is a senior operational role responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse performance, safety, compliance, people leadership and customer outcomes across both sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and direct all warehouse operations to ensure KPIs are met safely, efficiently and profitably
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including container packs and unpacks, labour allocation and storage optimisation
- Balance labour across sites and manage staffing levels, rosters, leave and overtime
- Ensure bonded warehouse operations comply with all government regulations and licensing requirements
- Work closely with supervisors, customer service and sales teams to ensure operational planning and execution




- Support the sales team by assisting with costing of warehouse jobs and providing operational feedback
- Maintain high standards for customer goods handling and storage
- Develop and continuously improve warehouse processes and operational efficiencies
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver premium service outcomes

About You

- Minimum 5 years' experience in transport, logistics and warehousing operations
- Proven experience leading large, diverse operational teams
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, bonded warehouse requirements and compliance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Business Management or similar (preferred)
- Experience with Container Chain or similar logistics systems (desirable)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational workplace
