About The Role

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking passionate and skilled Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Moss Vale. You will be working in a brand new, state-of-the‑art Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home, designed specifically to support participants with High Physical Support needs.

Every day will bring new and rewarding challenges as you provide support to our participants. Your role will involve a range of responsibilities, including:

- Providing high physical support, including manual handling and hoisting.
- Assisting participants with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
- Supporting with daily living activities, including meal preparation, feeding,



medication assistance, and household tasks.
- Promoting independence and helping participants build essential life skills.
- Encouraging and facilitating community participation and social connection.
- Implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans and adhering to restrictive practices when required.

About You

You will have (or be willing to obtain):

- Experience supporting people with high physical needs (Disability or Aged).
- The ability to work a consistent number of day/afternoon/night shifts (sleep over).
- Confidence in using hoists, mobility aids & personal care.
- Commitment to person‑centred support and participant choice and control.
- First Aid and CPR certificates (current)
- A current Australian Drivers licence (minimum P2)
- A NDIS Worker Check.
- A Working with Children Check
- A current Police Check
