The Role:

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented Junior Property Manager who thrives in a quick-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of client care. Key responsibilities include:

- Assistance in managing a portfolio of properties located in Redbank Plains & Ipswich
- Conducting routine inspections, preparing entry and exit condition reports, and managing lease renewals.
- Assisting in overseeing advertising, application processing, and tenant sign-ups.




- Coordinating maintenance and handovers from builders.
- Responding to tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Liaising with lessors and assisting with leasing.
- Enjoy a balanced work from home work schedule with no weekends required (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm).

The Person

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for thinking outside the box. The ideal candidate will have:

- It would be helpful to have had experience with PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, RENET, but not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent presentation.
