SummitCare is seeking a Nurse Facilitator to lead the career development of new graduate RNs on a 3-day-per-week schedule. The role focuses on graduate program leadership, clinical coaching, digital education management with Ausmed, and competency oversight within our aged care teams.
Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted AHPRA RN registration, 3–5 years in aged or acute care, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.
