Meat Process Workers / Food Production Staff - Immediate Start

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Meat Process Workers / Food Production Staff to join a growing team within a well-established specialty smallgoods manufacturer.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for hands-on work in a fast-paced food production environment with immediate starts available.

Available Shifts

We are currently offering:

- Full-Time: Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 3:00pm
- Part-Time (Morning Shift): Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 12:00pm
- Part-Time (Standard Shift): Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 3:00pm

Applicants must be reliable and available to consistently commit to their chosen shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

- Meat processing and food production duties
- Knife work, cutting, deboning, slicing, and hand processing
- Mincing, mixing, weighing, machine and oven operation
- Packing, sealing, labelling, and dispatch duties
- Stock rotation, stock receipt, and order fulfilment
- Safely lifting and carrying products and boxes up to 20-25kg
- Cleaning equipment and work areas using food-safe chemicals
- Maintaining HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
- Working efficiently within a team to meet production targets





Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

- Experience in meat processing, butchery, or food manufacturing preferred
- Kitchen hand or food preparation experience also considered
- Solid knife handling skills essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Confidence operating food processing equipment advantageous

- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Strong attention to detail and food safety standards
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to stand for extended periods during shifts
