Chu the Phat, Brisbane, is seeking Chefs and Apprentice Chefs to join a young, agile team. You will drive our kitchen and culinary program forward in a casual fine dining setting, with opportunities to advance skills in a modern environment.
Candidates should have excellent grooming and organisational skills, strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP, and be flexible to a 7-day roster. Qualified Chefs should also demonstrate leadership during service and all cooking techniques.
