The role

Based at our Wetherill Park office,you will be involved in the sales process from initial inquiry to delivery, working as a part of a supportive and a progressive team within a positive working environment.Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering high level of customer service
- Handling incoming technical sales enquiries
- Assisting with product selection
- Providing quotations and processing sales orders
- Supporting internal and external sales teams
- Offering technical advice about our product range
- Work with other departments,



management and staff

About you

- Technical sales experience with mechanical or electromechanical industrial products would be highly regarded.
- Understanding of SAP/R3 and CRMwould be highly regarded.
- Having trade or engineering qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics products would provide a significant advantage.
- Willing to learn and improve your skills in a stable and secure setting.
- Commitment to customer service.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills including a pleasant and professional telephone manner.
- PC skills and strong numeracy including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
