The Role
Working directly alongside our experienced Senior Technicians, you will gain hands‑on, high-quality training across residential and commercial systems. We are seeking a driven, self‑motivated individual who takes immense pride in their work ethic and personal presentation, paired with top‑tier communication skills for interacting with our valued clients.

Key Duties

- Assist senior technicians with complex diagnostic fault-finding and installations.
- Deliver scheduled maintenance, servicing, and repairs to air conditioning systems.




- Execute warranty breakdowns specifically for our core brand partner products.
- Complete digital job sheets and reporting accurately via company tablets/phones.
- Maintain strict adherence to Secure Work Method Statements (SWMS) and safety protocols.
- Attend and successfully progress through all mandatory TAFE blocks and internal training.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Current 1st, 2nd, or 3rd-year apprentice in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Licences: Current valid Australian Manual Driver’s Licence.
- Local: Only local Brisbane and Southeast Queensland residents will be considered for this role.
- Safety & Compliance: A valid Construction Blue/White Card or willing to apply for one and ability to pass a clean Police Check.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive learning attitude, and strong verbal communication.
- Reliability: Sound judgment, punctuality, and the ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
