An Service Manager role has become available due to growth & strategic expansion. Reporting directly to senior management, you will lead and develop the electrical team, drive commercial performance and shape the service offering into a standalone business unit.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- Proven leadership experience in electrical teams, ideally in commercial / residential
- Strong commercial acumen, including P&L; management and strategic planning




- Extensive knowledge of electrical and controls systems, standards, and practices
- Ability to manage, mentor and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and effect change
