About the Role

This is a high-volume customer service and bookings position where you'll be responsible for coordinating transport requests from start to finish.

Your day will include:

- Answering a high volume of inbound phone calls
- Managing a busy shared email inbox
- Booking transport and towing jobs into our operating system




- Booking shipping containers through customer online portals
- Providing ETA updates and communicating with customers
- Preparing quotes and pricing transport jobs
- Entering accurate customer and job information
- Liaising with drivers and operations staff
- Monitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring customers remain informed
- Building strong relationships with long‑term commercial clients
- General administration and customer support

About You

To succeed in this role you'll be someone who:

- Has outstanding customer service skills
- Is friendly, professional and calm under pressure
- Has excellent computer and typing skills
- Has strong attention to detail
- Learns new systems quickly
- Can prioritise changing workloads
- Communicates clearly both verbally and in writing
- Works well within a team

Experience

Previous experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

- Transport or logistics
- Towing industry
- Freight or container movements
- Dispatch or scheduling
- Customer service or call centre
- Administration or bookings

Experience is preferred but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
