HIA Apprentices is offering an exciting chance for keen and reliable individuals looking to start a career pathway as a fully qualified Cabinetmaker. Positions are available for enthusiastic candidates looking to start or continue their cabinetmaking apprenticeship.
As an apprentice, you will:
- Work hands-on building structures and cabinetry
- Gain full training in all aspects of the Cabinetmaking industry
- Receive dedicated support from HIA Apprentices throughout your training and employment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
- Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
- Committed to completing your apprenticeship and becoming a fully qualified Cabinetmaker
- Team player with attention to detail
- Driver’s licence or access to reliable transport
- CI Card (White Card) or willingness to obtain prior to starting
Priority Applicants:
- Those who have already commenced their apprenticeship
- Applicants who lost their position due to COVID-19
- Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply
