Sci-Fleet Hino have an opportunity fora Parts Interpreter within the Hino Parts Department at Nerang. As a leader in the Australian medium duty truck market, we pride ourselves on both customer service and quality.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying parts and components
- Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
- Communicating with colleagues and guests to handle verbal enquiries, such as clarifying instructions and responding to requests for information
- Reading and interpreting workplace-related documentation
- Selecting and using appropriate equipment and materials
- Guest advice
- Receiving and filling orders for parts
As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Qualifications and/or experience in Parts Department - highly desirable
- Well-developed administrative experience in a service and/or customer relations role
- Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable
- Sound mechanical knowledge
- Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland)
