Kyocera Document Solutions is one of the world's leading manufacturers of Colour & Mono Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers.

Our NSW Branch is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician with an excellent work ethic and team focus.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Installation, service & repair of Kyocera’s range of Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers.

Resolving customer hardware, network and software related issues.

Working closely with the NSW Service team.

Ideally, you will possess the following attributes:

Certificate / Diploma in Electrotechnology / Mechatronics.

Certificate / Diploma in Computer Networks.

Practical experience in similar role within the business equipment industry.

A good understanding of mono and colour digital printing products.

Experience working with Kyocera products is advantageous.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

The ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills, needed to fulfil the requirements in the role.

Good working knowledge of networks,



PCs, software and operating systems, within a print/scan workplace.

Positive, enthusiastic and results driven.

A professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm.

The relevant visa to be able to undertake full-time work in Australia – mandatory.

Australian Driving Licence – mandatory.
