We are looking for a motivated and reliable Nursery Hand to join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn. You'll be involved in all aspects of day-to-day nursery operations while working alongside an experienced and friendly team.
Responsibilities include:
- Ordering Picking & loading trucks
- Potting and spacing plants
- Watering and general plant care
- Weeding and maintaining nursery presentation
- Loading and unloading customer orders
- Assisting with stock movement and organisation
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe
- General nursery and maintenance duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- A current driver's licence is preferred (but not essential)
- Previous nursery, horticulture, landscaping or agricultural experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
