We are looking for an experienced Stores Supervisor, Manufacturing to lead our Stores team in Luscombe. Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring materials are available when needed, inventory is accurately managed, and daily stores operations run safely and efficiently to support our manufacturing team.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and develop a team of Storepersons to achieve operational and inventory performance targets.

Supervise daily warehouse, stores and material handling activities.

Ensure materials are available to support manufacturing schedules.





Oversee inventory accuracy, stocktakes and warehouse organisation.

Coordinate receipting, storage, replenishment and build kit preparation.

Identify and proactively manage material shortages and inventory risks.

Support the implementation of KANBAN replenishment systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor supplier performance and inventory processes to improve efficiency.

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.

What You'll Bring

Experience leading warehouse, stores or inventory teams.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.

Experience within manufacturing, construction or a similar operational environment.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Experience using ERP inventory systems (Oracle experience highly regarded).

Forklift Licence (desirable).

Exposure to KANBAN or inventory replenishment systems (desirable).
