We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll support a wide range of venues with creative content and marketing support.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both design and marketing tasks. You’ll be creating high-quality visuals, helping to roll out campaigns, and supporting our venues with day-to-day content needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing digital and print assets—socials, menus, POS, signage, and EDMs
- Assisting with the rollout of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Collaborating with the marketing team on creative planning and content ideas
- Ensuring brand consistency across all venues




- Creating templates and design toolkits to support local marketing efforts
- Supporting general marketing coordination when required

About You

- Creative, organised, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Confident using Canva & Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of branding
- Comfortable working across both digital and print formats
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with others
- 2+ years experience in a similar role preferred
- Experience in hospitality or a multi-site business is a bonus
