- SEB1 Total Remuneration Package (TRP) starting from $239,251 to $264.197 per annum including superannuation, commensurate with experience

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute leader to drive the development and implementation of enterprise-wide asset management strategies across a diverse portfolio of property, infrastructure, equipment and fleet assets. Reporting to the Executive Director, Grants and Lending, you will lead the optimisation of asset performance, ensuring assets are effectively planned, managed, maintained and aligned to organisational priorities.

This executive leadership role is responsible for shaping long-term asset investment and property strategies, providing high-level advice to senior executives, and overseeing the acquisition, disposal and governance of significant assets. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage substantial capital and operational budgets, and work closely with NSW Treasury, government agencies and external providers to deliver sustainable and financially responsible outcomes. The role also plays a key part in driving compliance, governance, risk management and the achievement of government priorities, including Net Zero objectives.

About You

You are a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience leading strategic asset management, property portfolio management or infrastructure planning within a large and complex organisation. You bring strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to develop asset strategies that maximise value,



improve performance and support organisational objectives.

You are skilled in financial analysis, investment planning, asset lifecycle management and governance, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong partnerships across government and industry. An engaging and capable leader, you have a track record of leading high-performing teams, managing significant budgets and delivering outcomes in complex environments. Your strategic mindset, sound judgement and ability to drive organisational change will be critical to your success in this role.
