Carpenters – Modular Construction @ Coolum Beach

We’re currently looking for experienced Carpenters to join our team at our Coolum Beach head office/factory. You'll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of our expanding modular construction projects through hands‑on fabrication, installation, and finishing of modular units—both in the factory and on‑site.

This is a dynamic, hands‑on role offering consistent hours, structured schedules, and long‑term career opportunities with one of Queensland’s most progressive builders.

Your Day-to-Day

- Perform a full range of carpentry tasks, including framing, fit-off, cladding and finishes
- Assemble and install prefabricated modular sections as per technical drawings
- Work collaboratively with production, site and design teams to meet project milestones
- Conduct quality checks and maintain safe, compliant work practices




- Travel to modular site installations across SEQ as required (with allowances)

What You'll Need

- Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in residential or modular construction
- Full set of carpentry tools + reliable Ute or Van
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Strong communication skills and a team‑first attitude
- Must be a team player that enjoys achieving project targets
- White Card and valid driver’s license
- Desirable: Lead carpenter experience, fix‑out/cabinetry skills, First Aid or EWP ticket

- Casual: $52.02/hr ($72.83/hr daily overtime)
