Role Description:

We’re looking for a full-time Business Development Manager based in Victoria.

In this role, you will:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals and deliver client presentations
- Negotiate pricing and contracts
- Work with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts




- Represent Kulbardi’s values in all client and stakeholder interactions

About You:

- Experience in business development, sales or account management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Confidence presenting to corporate and government clients
- Experience with lead generation, pipeline management and CRM systems
- Sound commercial, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet targets
- An interest in Indigenous procurement, social impact and supplier diversity
- Experience with workplace supplies or corporate and government procurement is beneficial but not essential
