Our recent SnoozeBathurststoreis seeking an experiencedSales Assistant who is a confident communicator, who loves talking to people and knows how to build strong relationships while striving to provide sleep solutions.

Although sales experience is preferred, with a good memory for information and a superb attitude, we can teach you the rest!

Expect to work retail hours, including a roster of regular rotating weekends, some weekdays, late night trading and public holidays where required.

At Snooze, you will

- Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing exceptional service
- Build rapport with our customers in a genuine way

Collaborate with your team in day-to-day retail store operations with tasks such as:

- keeping the store clean
- operating computers
- walking the floor and lifting stock

The successful candidate has

- Confidence in talking with people, verbally confident and engaging




- Previous retail experience within a furniture/bulky goods retail environment is highly regarded, but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills, we work as a team at Snooze
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- A willingness to learn lots of product knowledge and adapt
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day
- Physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
