Club Lake Cathie, part of the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club Group, is looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis.

This role offers flexibility to fit around your lifestyle while giving you the opportunity to work in a supportive and welcoming setting.

We are currently seeking someone available to work:

Morning Shift

Wednesday to Sunday

An immediate start is available for the successful applicant, subject to a Police Check, which is a requirement of this position.

As a Cleaner, you'll play an significant role in ensuring our club is clean, safe, and welcoming for our members and guests. You'll also assist with setting up and packing down function spaces to help deliver exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain all assigned areas to a high standard, including public areas, amenities, and staff facilities.
- Set up and pack down tables, chairs, and other equipment for functions and events.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and stored correctly.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of the team to maintain presentation standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Previous cleaning or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential—training will be provided).
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- A friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves moving tables and chairs for functions.
- A reliable, punctual, and hardworking approach to your work.
