ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Passive Fire Technician,



you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of fire protection systems. This is full time permanent position for our Sydney team.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install and repair passive fire protection systems, including fire seals, barriers, and penetrations.
- Read technical drawings and safely operate tools and access equipment.
- Support site activities, maintain tools, and keep work areas organised.
- Follow health and safety procedures and quality standards.
- Complete training and update job records in reporting systems.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience installing and maintaining fire-rated systems and materials preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of fire safety standards, building codes, and compliance requirements.
- Valid White Card and Australian driver's licence.
- Experience with Uptick or similar software is desirable.
- Solid focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to complete required pre-employment checks.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
