About the role

We're looking for a Franchisee Relationship & Performance Manager to become the driving force behind our franchisees' success. This isn't a back-office admin role — you'll be the person franchisees call when they want to grow their business, work through a challenge, or just talk through what's next. You'll coach, support, and hold our franchise partners accountable to their goals, while also keeping an eye on the numbers that tell us how the network is really performing.

You'll work closely with our CEO and Franchise & Marketing Manager, and be a key part of a small team where everyone pitches in — so if you like variety, ownership, and being the go-to person who makes things happen, you'll feel right at home.

What you'll be doing

- Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of franchisees — supporting them with customer service issues, our job management system, Xero, reporting and day-to-day operational questions.
- Getting to know your franchisees and their families — celebrating wins and milestones, and being a genuine, supportive presence through the tough times too (whether that's a rough season, a personal setback, or a curveball like a significant weather event affecting their ability to work).
- Coaching franchisees through goal setting, sales strategy and our annual support plan — genuinely helping them build better businesses.
- Tracking KPI and sales performance across territories, and turning that data into clear,



actionable insights for franchisees and management.
- Managing monthly debtor and helping resolve overdue accounts.
- Supporting the onboarding of new franchisees — from systems setup and training through to their first months in business.
- Managing day-to-day administration for our company-owned franchise territories.
- Coordinating franchisee compliance checks and maintaining accurate records across the network.
- Getting involved in regional meetings, conferences, newsletters and other exciting projects as they come up.

What you’ll bring — Essential

- Proven experience in a relationship management, HR, account management or client-facing support role, ideally working across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for accuracy in reporting and record-keeping.
- Confident, warm communication style — you build rapport quickly and aren't afraid of the tough conversations.
- Comfort working across multiple software systems and interpreting performance data.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to franchisee locations and events.

Nice to have

- Experience supporting sales, lead generation or business coaching.
- Background in franchising, small business support, or multi-site/field-based operations.

Franchise industry experience isn't essential — we'll train you on our systems. What matters most is that you're proactive, commercially minded, and genuinely enjoy helping small business owners thrive.
