Experienced Powder Coater – Full Process (Prep to Finish)

The Fabrication Company is a leading architectural metal fabrication business based in Loganholme, specialising in high-quality aluminium and steel projects. Our in-house powder coating facility, is looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join our growing team.

This is a hands‑on role covering the entire powder coating process—from preparation through to final inspection. If you take pride in producing a premium finish and have strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing aluminium and steel components for coating
- Sanding, cleaning, degreasing and masking products
- Hanging and unloading parts efficiently
- Applying powder coatings to a high standard
- Operating curing ovens and associated equipment
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Carrying out touch‑ups and rework where required
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work workplace
- Working closely with our fabrication team to meet production deadlines

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- A minimum of 4 years' powder coating experience
- Proven experience in the complete powder coating process, from preparation to finished product
- Experience coating aluminium and steel components
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A current Forklift Licence (LF) is advantageous but not essential
