Become the Operational Heart of a Leading Specialist Cardiology Practice

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Coordinator to join our growing specialist cardiology practice.

This is a pivotal role within the practice and will suit someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating operations, solving problems, and ensuring a busy healthcare environment runs smoothly every day.

Working closely with the Business Manager, you'll be the primary onsite operational contact for clinicians, staff, patients and service providers, helping to maintain the high standards of service, professionalism and patient care our practice is known for.

About the Role

As Practice Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the practice.

You'll coordinate practice workflow and rostering, support staff and clinicians, assist with onboarding and training, oversee operational and compliance activities, and help ensure the practice continues to deliver an exceptional experience for both patients and providers.

This is a highly visible role within the practice and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being at the centre of a team-oriented healthcare team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for somebody who:

- Has previous experience in healthcare administration, practice coordination, practice management support, or a similar operational role.
- Enjoys working with people and building strong professional relationships.
- Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities, follow-up actions, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.




- Demonstrates initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to identify issues and coordinate practical solutions within established processes.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Brings strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Is adaptable, dependable, and responsive to changing operational needs.
- Takes pride in contributing to a positive team culture and exceptional patient experience.
- Experience within specialist medical practice environments and exposure to rostering, onboarding, workforce coordination, or healthcare compliance processes will be highly regarded.
