- Assisting Legal Assistants with administrative & file duties
- Setting up workstations for new starters
- Assisting with reception cover when required
- Preparing boardrooms for meetings and events
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with invoice reconciliation
- Supporting general office and business services tasks

This is not a desk-based role... You’ll be active, on your feet and involved across the office.
Note: Due to the nature of the role it will be office based, 5 days a week.
About You
- No less than 6 months experience in administration within a professional services/corporate office environment
- Polished presentation and A1 written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Interested in building a long-term career in a legal support position
