Level X is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead membership sales and drive growth at our Toowong club. If you thrive on targets, love the hustle of building a pipeline from scratch, and know how to turn a tour into a signed member, we want to hear from you.

The Role

- Own and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Work our existing lead database, plus generate new leads through referrals, guest passes, B2B partnerships and other lead gen channels
- Manage and take full accountability for the sales funnel, from first contact through to conversion
- Run engaging sales tours that showcase the Level X experience
- Sign up and onboard new members, setting them up for long-term success

Schedule

Monday to Saturday, with an early finish Fridays and a short 9am–1pm Saturday shift.

What We're Looking For

- Proven sales experience, ideally in fitness, wellness,



or a target-driven B2B/B2C environment
- A natural at building relationships and generating your own leads
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
- Confident running tours and closing sales face-to-face
- Self-motivated, resilient, and energised by hitting (and beating) targets
