Sydney Luxe Projects Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Sydney NSW 2000 on a full-time basis. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a strategic role that plays a crucial part in maintaining Sydney Luxe Projects' reputation for excellence in the construction industry. You will work closely with clients, contractors and architects to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Our business has grown to the point where we need another leader.
We need someone who can remove operational pressure from the Operations Manager by taking complete ownership of projects while maintaining the quality, communication and professionalism our clients expect.
Your job isn't simply to organise trades.

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of multiple residential construction projects.
- Manage projects from commencement through to handover.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Identify risks before they become problems.
- Make confident day-to-day decisions.
- Deliver exceptional project outcomes.
Trade Management
- Coordinate subcontractors.
- Schedule trades efficiently.
- Ensure materials arrive when required.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Hold trades accountable.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors.
- Maintain quality workmanship across every stage.
Client Experience
- Be the primary point of contact for clients.
- Keep clients informed throughout construction.
- Manage expectations professionally.
- Resolve concerns quickly.
- Build confidence through proactive communication.

- Trade scheduling

Skills & Experience
You’ll ideally have:
- Extensive residential construction experience.
- Experience leading projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read plans.
- Solid computer skills.
- Current driver's licence.
Experience as a Site Supervisor, Leading Hand, Foreman, Project Manager or Senior Tradesperson will be highly regarded.
