An established organisation within the construction industry is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its Brisbane team. This is a hands-on generalist role supporting the full employee lifecycle across a growing workforce. The successful candidate will partner closely with leaders to provide practical HR advice while also supporting end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate and operational roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations and disciplinary processes.
- Assist with workforce planning and succession initiatives.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures and employee records.
- Support learning and development initiatives and performance review processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, Fair Work requirements and company policies.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or similar HR generalist position.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Recruitment agency or internal Talent Acquisition experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline are desirable.
