The Client: Operating in 5 countries, our client entered the Australian market over 15 years ago and has had an incredible track record in medium - high density developments, and planned communities.

The Role: Working in the Residential Communities and Home Building side of the business, this role will see you working on multiple projects and communities across Sydney. You'll play a hands-on role in delivering digital campaigns, social media, CRM, and content creation, while also supporting events, collateral, and day-to-day marketing activity to ensure solid engagement and results.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, some of your duties will include:

- Supporting go-to-market campaigns
- Working with agencies
- Executing across digital channels including CRM and social
- Supporting lead generation and campaign optimisation




- Assisting with reporting and performance tracking

Specific requirements:

- Essential - 3+ years residential Project Marketing experience (preferably from a developer or builder background)
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing effective campaigns
- Tertiary qualification(s) in communications, marketing or related discipline preferred
- Be eager, motivated and someone who loves coming up with ideas & implementing
- Have a car / driver's license to allow travelling to site when required
