About the Position

Position: CasualGrounds Person (Mower Operator)

Location: Based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD

Employment Type: Casual

Inclusions: Full PPE provided

Commencement Date: September 2026

Are you greatworking part of a team, love achieving quality outcomes and operating machinery daily?Do you also love working outdoors, have an eye for detail and a passion for the open space industry? Then we want to hear from you!

As a valued team member, you will be responsible for daily mowing and detailing of parks, reserves, streetscapes and roadsides. Utilising our wide area mowers, out fronts, and zero turn machines you will become a vital part of our team where your daily tasks include (but not limited to):

- Ride-on mowing
- Brush cutting
- Clearing paths
- General open space tidying and some litter collection

Position Requirements

- Australian work rights are required for this position
- Minimum 2 years of grounds maintenance experience;
- Construction Induction Card (White Card/Red Card)
- ACDC Ticket
- Valid Driver's License - (Medium Rigid endorsement - Advantage)
- Traffic Management Certificate/s (Advantage)
- First Aid Certificate (Advantage)
- Previous experience working on council contracts (Advantage)
