About Us

Nestled in the heart of the Atherton Tablelands, Mt Quincan Crater Retreat is an award‑winning boutique luxury retreat surrounded by some of Tropical North Queensland's most spectacular natural scenery.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

- Delivering warm, personalised guest experiences from enquiry through to departure

- Managing bookings,



reservations and guest communications

- Preparing premium breakfast hampers, grazing platters and special guest experiences

- Coordinating exclusive events

- Maintaining presentation standards across the property

- Managing stock, suppliers and guest amenities

- Identifying opportunities to improve guest experiences and business performance

- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives during quieter periods

- Being the calm, capable person guests and colleagues know they can rely on

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Loves making people feel genuinely welcome

- Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction

- Enjoys variety and thrives in a role where every day is different

- Has exceptional attention to detail

- Can juggle multiple priorities without losing their cool

- Is confident making decisions and solving problems independently

- Has previous experience in hospitality, boutique accommodation, tourism or guest services

- Is organised, proactive and naturally sees what needs doing

- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current RSA

- Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport

Experience coordinating events, creating social media content or working within luxury accommodation will be highly regarded.
