Production Workers wanted for assembly and process roles commencing ASAP! Enjoy early starts and early finishes, ongoing temp-to-perm work, and a excellent team culture within a supportive company.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Use of hand and power tools
- Assembling hardware products (awnings, shutters, blinds)
- Reading assembly diagrams and instructions
- Measuring and cutting fabrics
- Basic machine operation
- Quality checking and packing of final products

To be considered for these roles:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment preferred
- Previous exposure to hand and power tools
- Experience reading and interpreting assembly instructions/diagrams will be highly advantageous but not necessary
- Able to conduct repetitive manual handling
- Able to commit to a Monday-Friday position, morning shift (5am start)
- Great attitude with strong desire to learn new skills
- Own transport preferred, or able to reliably commute to Rydalmere
