Castlereagh Coal Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to lead mining operations in the Lithgow region, reporting to the General Manager. The role emphasises safety, planning and delivering targets.
The ideal candidate will hold NSW MEM or be pursuing it, have S1/S2/S3, at least three years in open-cut supervision, and a proven ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement. You will work across shifts and mentor a diverse crew.
