The Chance
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our thriving, close-knit team at Mid-North Coast Allied Health. The role will be based at our wonderful Woolgoolga clinic and will be on a casual basis.
While your primary location of work will be at Woolgoolga, the role may also require you to provide occasional coverage at our other clinic based in Urunga.
You’ll help deliver a high standard of care while creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth delivery of services to our patients and you will be a key ambassador for the clinic.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:
Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.
Schedule appointments and handle phone and email enquiries.
Process payments and manage health fund claims via HICAPS.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless clinic operations.
About You
We are seeking someone with allied health or medical reception experience, but a positive attitude is by far the most important! We'd love to hear from those people who want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, and who are confident in meeting deadlines and working to achieve team-based goals.
Ideal candidates will have:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team Player with a "can do" attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail.
Proficient use of Microsoft suite.
Self-motivated and enjoy contributing to a team environment.
Previous experience within the Allied Health reception and patient care is highly regarded!
