Trident Services is seeking professional, customer-focused Security Officers to join our Events Team. From the spectacular Riverfire celebrations to premium events at The Star Brisbane and other major venues throughout the year, you'll play an important role in delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for thousands of patrons.

About the Role

As an Event Security Officer, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing exceptional customer service to patrons and event attendees
- Maintaining a secure and secure environment
- Monitoring and responding to potential risks and incidents
- Managing conflict professionally and confidently
- Responding to emergencies in accordance with site procedures
- Working collaboratively with clients, emergency services, and event stakeholders
- Representing Trident Services with professionalism at all times

What You’ll Bring

To be successful, you will have:

- Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional presentation and strong customer service focus
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and major events
