We're looking for a sharp, organised person to keep the wheels turning behind our leadership team at ACL's Bundaberg head office. This suits someone who owns their own patch, follows through without being chased, and isn't shy about chasing others when a deadline is at stake.

What you'll be doing:

- Supporting the leadership team with diaries, meetings, travel bookings and itineraries
- Preparing correspondence, reports and presentations from our templates
- Owning the routine reporting cycle so reports go out on time, every time
- Coordinating vehicle and forklift servicing and consolidating fleet reporting
- Keeping compliance and maintenance on schedule (test and tag, fire equipment, insurance renewals)
- Supporting our ISO 9001 quality system, including formatting and publishing policies and procedures
- Driving checklist based processes to completion and reporting status back to management
- Managing uniforms, office supplies, occasional errands and the odd birthday cake
- Pitching in on sales admin, customer portals and reception overflow

We're a small team, so chipping in where the need is greatest matters more than a rigid job description.

What we're looking for:





- Business smart: you understand how a business actually runs and can work out what matters without being told twice
- Technology savvy: strong Word, Excel and Outlook, confident in cloud systems (SharePoint, ERP, customer portals) and quick to pick up current ones
- Quality systems experience: ISO 9001 or similar, and comfortable working to documented procedures
- Brilliant at follow up: you can hold directors, shareholders and suppliers to their commitments in a firm, professional way that keeps the relationship intact
- Attention to detail: high accuracy with documents, data entry and reporting
- Organised and self directed: you manage recurring deadlines without supervision
- Discreet: you'll see leadership, customer and commercial information
- Current driver's licence and own reliable transport for occasional errands
