yourtown in St Marys NSW is seeking a agile Youth Worker for the Get Back in the Game program. You will support 15-21 year-olds through non-vocational barriers using a client-centred, strength-based approach to help them attain sustainable employment, education or training outcomes.

As part of a support team, you will assess needs, refer to specialist services and collaborate with schools, local employers and NSW TAFE to create practical pathways.
