Civil Plumber | Supervisor | Team Leader

SEQ Pipe & Civil is a growing civil construction company specialising in water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure across South East Queensland. We are seeking an experienced Civil Plumber / Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can lead by example, supervise crews and deliver high-quality civil plumbing projects safely and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

- Infrastructure Installation: Laying and joining large-diameter pipes (PVC, DICL, concrete, etc.) for water mains, sewer reticulation, and stormwater.
- Excavation & Shoring: Operating earthmoving machinery (e.g., excavators) and installing trench support systems.
- Site Preparation: Potholing to locate existing utilities, and shooting levels to ensure accurate grade and alignment.
- System Benching: Constructing and benching maintenance holes and pits.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to WHS regulations,



including safe work practices in trenches and confined spaces.

Key Requirements

- Qualifications: Certificate III in Plumbing (CPC32413 or equivalent).
- Safety Tickets: Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Machinery Skills: Experience operating or working alongside excavators and heavy plant.
- Transport: Current QLD Manual Driver's Licence.
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CIVIL INDUSTRY
