Vacancies are available with immediate start for hands on passionateReceptionist and Night Auditor/Receptionistat our prestigious property reporting directly to the Front Office Manager.
About The Role
Maintain an efficient, friendly qualified approach to all duties performed in the role of Receptionist/Night Auditor/Receptionist
Cover Night Audit (11.00pm to 7am), and/or Day Shifts according to the roster requirements.
Attend to guest enquiries either by phone or in person.
Check in and check out guests in a professional manner,with a smile.
Ensure cash, credit cards and other forms of payment are handled honestly and accurately.
Process reservations either by phone, fax, or email.
Ensure other Front Desk related duties are handled quickly and efficiently.
Be available for up to 35 hours over a 7-day roster including weekends as required.
What we need from you
Minimum 12 months experience in a hotel or similar front office environment.
Valid NSW RSA or willing to obtain
Current Valid First Aid Certification or willing to obtain
Confident verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow and workload
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Professional presentation
