Talent Vision 360 is partnering with a well-established, fast-growing food distribution company seeking experienced Manual HR/MR Truck Drivers for immediate placement in Chullora, NSW. This is a genuine opportunity to secure consistent, full-time hours now, with a clear pathway to permanent employment after 12 weeks based on performance.

Pay & Hours

- $39/hr base rate (Monday to Friday)
- Saturday penalty rates — up to $57/hr
- 8.5 paid hours per day, 6 days a week
- Approximately 51 hours per week with strong earning potential

Roster

- Monday to Saturday
- 6:00am – 3:00pm daily
- No Sunday work

Temp-to-Perm Pathway

- Ongoing casual role through our agency with full-time hours guaranteed
- Permanent offer from the client after approximately 12 weeks for the right driver

The Role

Based out of Chullora,



you will be completing multi-drop deliveries across the Sydney metro area — including Western Sydney and surrounding suburbs — for a leading food distribution company. You will represent the client's high customer service standards on every run.

No prior experience with this company is needed — if you have the licence and the experience, we will get you started.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate manual HR/MR vehicles safely and professionally across Sydney metro
- Manual loading and unloading of frozen meat and refrigerated products (physical role — no forklift required)
- Complete multi-drop deliveries across Western Sydney and surrounding areas with efficient route planning
- Provide professional customer service at each delivery stop
- Conduct pre-start and post-run vehicle checks
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and driver logs

What You Need (Essential)

- Valid HR or MR licence
- Minimum 1 year manual transmission truck driving experience
- Solid confidence with manual gearboxes — non-negotiable
- Clean driving record (driving history report required)
- No major traffic offences — must meet insurance and safety requirements
- Physically fit for ongoing manual handling duties
- Full Australian working rights
- Available for full-time hours, approximately 51 hours per week
