Join Metro South Health as a Permanent Manager, Medical Workforce based at Logan Hospital, Meadowbrook, leading a specialist team delivering expert medical workforce services across multiple healthcare facilities.

Your new role:

As the Manager, Medical Workforce, you'll lead a dedicated team delivering expert medical workforce services while partnering with senior clinical leaders to ensure compliant, efficient and contemporary workforce practices across multiple Metro South Health facilities. You'll play a pivotal role in workforce planning, recruitment, credentialing and continuous service improvement.

In this role you will:

- Lead and develop a high-performing Medical Workforce team.
- Provide expert advice on medical workforce legislation, recruitment, credentialing and employment matters.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives and oversee junior and senior medical officer recruitment.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver client-focused services.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, industrial and policy requirements.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and support ongoing service excellence.
- Prepare high-quality reports, correspondence and workforce advice for executive stakeholders.
